Information we collect
When you make a pledge, we may collect your name, email address, optional student name and grade, the amount of your gift, and any message you choose to include. Payment information is handled by our payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
How we use your information
We use your information to record and acknowledge your gift, email a receipt, report fundraising totals to the PTO board, and communicate about the campaign. We do not sell or rent donor information to anyone.
Public recognition
Leaderboards and public displays show grade-level totals, sponsor names, and optional messages only. Student names are never published without explicit permission. If you prefer to give anonymously, your pledge will not be listed publicly.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses minimal cookies needed for security and basic operation. We may use anonymized analytics to understand how visitors use the site, but we do not track individuals across other websites.
Third-party services
Payments and email delivery may be processed by trusted third-party providers. These providers have their own privacy policies and are bound by industry-standard security practices.
Your rights
You may contact the PTO at any time to review, correct, or request removal of your personal information. We will honor reasonable requests in accordance with our records-retention needs.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect donor information, including secure hosting, encrypted connections, and limited access to PTO volunteers who manage the records.
Changes to this policy
The PTO may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
