Rules for using the Cavett PTO fundraising site and making a pledge.
Acceptance of terms
This site is operated by the Cavett Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) for fundraising purposes. By accessing the site or submitting a pledge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Donations and pledges
All contributions are voluntary and made to the Cavett Elementary PTO. By submitting a pledge, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to make the contribution, and that you understand donations are not earmarked for an individual student or classroom unless explicitly stated.
Use of funds
The PTO board directs all funds toward programs and supplies that benefit Cavett Elementary students and staff. Examples include field trips, playground equipment, classroom supplies, technology, and teacher appreciation. The board may reallocate funds where the need is greatest.
Progress meters and totals
Amounts shown on fundraising progress meters, leaderboards, and campaign totals are updated by PTO volunteers and may lag behind actual donations. Displayed totals are approximate until the campaign is closed and reconciled.
Refunds and corrections
Gifts are generally non-refundable. If a pledge was entered in error, contact the PTO as soon as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to correct or refund it.
Site availability
This site is provided as-is. The PTO does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for temporary outages, payment processing delays, or technical errors beyond our control.
Changes to these terms
The PTO may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
